About This Program

Projects are critical to an organisation’s success. They fix things that are broken, implement things that are needed and provide the basis for continual improvement and growth. And yet, many organisations still get their projects badly wrong. Most will focus on process over people and lack leadership to inspire and motivate people to achieve project goals.

In The Project Leadership Experience Program I teach project managers how to lead projects with passion, purpose and planning. Ensuring that they understand how to ignite energy and desire into those people that need to deliver whilst ensuring that projects stay on track and deliver the expected results. Key to this is senior managers understanding their role in supporting project leaders to success. By uniting the two groups it reduces the likelihood of project failure, forever.
