About This Program
Many organisations still promote people to team management positions based on length of tenure or technical expertise. There is an assumption that once a person becomes a manager then they naturally understand how to create a high-performing, inclusive and safe team culture that understands how to get the job done. This is not true.
The Culture First Management Development Program helps managers to become leaders who are 'Culture First' in creating the foundations for success in their own teams and across the organisation, such that no silos or barriers exist to high performance and execution.
